SciFinder - additional features added

New features in SciFinder, a research-finding tool for literature in chemistry and related sciences, include:
  • the ability to search substances by individual experimental or predicted property - more than 3.6 billion experimental and predicted properties can be searched, to find substances
  • CAS Registry Numbers can also now be searched for, in the structure editor part of SciFinder. This widely recognised substance identifier can be used to produce an accurate model for structure-based searching
  • a Quick View feature for substances and references makes scanning large answer sets easier
For a more detailed summary of the new functionality, look at What's New in the Web Version of SciFinder.
