New e-Resource - Opera in Video

Following a successful earlier trial, a subscription to the Opera in Video database has been taken out.

Opera in Video is a comprehensive video collection of operatic performances covering the most commonly studied operas in music history, opera literature, and performance classes. 

It currently contains 500 hours of video comprising 292 operatic works.

Selections represent the world’s best performers, conductors, and opera houses, and cover the full range of operatic composition, from the Baroque to the 20th century.
