Open Access Week 2012 - lots happening (and cake!)

Colleagues have been busy putting together an exciting and varied programme of events to celebrate Open Access Week 2012.

... even CAKE gets on to the agenda at some point! (though possibly not the one featured)

Open Access Week is an annual global event promoting Open Access as a new norm in scholarship and research, with widespread implications for academia, medicine, science, and industry.

Many outputs of publicly-funded research in the form of peer-reviewed journal articles and conference papers are now published in free Open Access (OA) journals, or deposited in open access repositories.

Get your teeth into Open Access - join us at one of our Events to celebrate Open Access Week 2012, and find out more!
